1. Who we are

Leimax Villas (“we”, “us”) is the controller of personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at info@leimaxvillas.gr or +30 211 8007100.

2. What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect the name, email address, telephone number, country, buyer type and message you provide, together with whether you asked for the brochure and the date and time of your enquiry. We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, any special-category personal data.

3. Why we use it

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, send you the brochure and investment pack you requested, arrange viewings and correspond with you about the property. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated.

The brochure link we email you is personal to you. We record when that email is opened and when the brochure is downloaded, so that we know your brochure arrived and can follow up appropriately. Open tracking uses a small invisible image and is indicative only, because some mail applications load images automatically.

We also keep our own first-party website statistics — pages viewed, time on page, referring site, country, device type and clicks on links such as Enquire or the telephone number. These are not linked to your name unless you send us an enquiry, and are used only to understand interest in the property. See the Cookies Policy for details.

4. Who sees it

Your details are seen by the Leimax Villas team and, where relevant to your enquiry, our appointed legal, technical and brokerage advisers. We use service providers for website hosting, database storage and email delivery, who process the data on our instructions only. We do not sell or rent personal data.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to deal with your interest in the property and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to erase them sooner or a longer period is required by law.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@leimaxvillas.gr and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

7. Transfers and security

Data is stored on servers within the European Economic Area where possible. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses apply. Access to enquiry records is restricted to authorised accounts and protected by authentication.
