Cookies Policy
This page explains the cookies used on leimaxvillas.gr. Please review it with your legal adviser before publication, and update it if you later add analytics or advertising tools.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They are used to make a site work, to remember choices, and in some cases to measure how the site is used.
2. What we use
This website uses strictly necessary cookies and local storage only — the technical items needed to serve pages, keep the enquiry form secure against cross-site abuse, and keep an administrator signed in to the private enquiries area. These do not require consent under Greek and EU law.
We also measure how this website is used with our own first-party statistics: pages viewed, time on page, the site that referred you, the country your request came from, the type of device and clicks on links such as Enquire, the telephone number and the brochure. This uses a random visit identifier held in your browser’s session storage, contains no name or contact details, is not shared with anyone and is never used for advertising or profiling.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics services. If that changes, this page will be updated and a consent banner will be shown before any non-essential cookie is set.
3. Third-party content
The location map on this site is embedded from Google Maps. When that map loads, Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address, subject to Google’s privacy policy. If you prefer not to load it, you can block third-party content in your browser.
4. Controlling cookies
Every major browser allows you to view, block and delete cookies through its settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of this site from working.
